Being a new mum is incredibly exciting, but also exhausting!  Do you know how incredibly important nutrition is before, during and after having your baby?  Your body goes through a huge change and supporting it with good food can not only help you to have the energy needed to look after your child, but also prevent you from developing issues relating to your thyroid and adrenals, and prevent you from experiencing low moods.

I work closely with mums to help you to eat not just healthy, but the right foods for you to avoid the low moods, that "tired but wired" feeling, shift the stubborn pounds safely and make sure you are in the best possible health to deal with the tiring, but rewarding experience of being a mum.  I can also help you to set up an online shop linked to the foods in my personalised recipes and nutritional plan that I will work out for you, along with a supplementation programme, if needed.

As a mum myself, I understand how difficult it is to find time for yourself between feeds and naps, so I am flexible to do home visits (for a small extra charge), or you can bring baby along to my home clinic if you are unable to find childcare.
